A Hipster and a Service Manager walk into a bar…

August 31st, 2011 by kaciewilson

In a rash attempt to “better myself” a little over a year ago I decided to cancel my DirecTV subscription. And I don’t mean, “I switched providers,” I mean I pulled the plug on Showtime, HBO, ESPN, Bravo, the list goes on (believe me, it goes on.) I had come to the breaking point of DVR and television overload. Something needed to change.

All Hipster references aside, it’s been an enlightening experience.  (Hey, sticking it to “the man” feels good!) I’m not a complete shutout, I’ve had access to local channels, stream my Michigan State Spartans online, and I signed up for Netflix which I stream through my AppleTV. Bottom line, I have access to what I actually need. Not hundreds of channels that simply go to waste. (I mean, who is really watching “Wealth TV”? Certainly not the wealthy…)

Sometimes you just want what you actually use.

If you’re a GM at a dealership you’ve got plenty of things to occupy your time. In fact, too many things to occupy your time. You’re probably searching for ways to simplify your life and especially work.

When it comes to tracking and recording your phone calls Century has you covered.  We’re happy to set you and your managers up with daily call reports that go directly to your email. We can even send your Service Manager just the calls to his department from the previous day. This way he’s not filtering through your new, pre-owned, parts, and finance calls. He gets exactly what he wants and exactly what applies to him.

All of our reports are customizable. Pull up calls over one minute, these are probably your most valid calls anyway. If you are smart (and I know you are) you’re tracking your outbound calls. An automated report can be set-up for each member of your sales staff, containing just their phone calls. Send these to their corresponding managers and start holding your team accountable for the work they do.

Get what you actually use!
