The Position (Junior Consultant)
YOU are an expert at communicating important ideas to a variety of audiences. You will take the innovative marketing services that our team creates and then work with our partners to put these services into practice. You are someone who can grow with us and help our clients keep pace. You are someone who likes technology and thrives in a dynamic environment. Our team is not big on titles, because all they really care about is getting the job done, whatever that might mean. One day that might mean, helping a client define their digital marketing strategy. The next day, that might mean a flight to NY to present to a prospect. Our team thrives on autonomy and takes ownership. Does that describe you? This position needs someone who is looking to come in and take on responsibility early. We are not looking for a clock puncher who needs a job, we are looking for an All Star who wants to rise to a leadership position within our company. This is an important position in our company. It will involve continuous collaboration with all departments (Operations, Product Development, and Business Development), direct communication with our largest clients and an expectation of accelerated professional growth.
