Santa is here year round…

A recent trip to see Santa did not turn out as I expected.  We thought we had laid a foundation for a good Santa experience.  See, we have a life-size Santa Claus figure in our entryway (sounds creepy, but it’s not).  The hubby would take my daughter over to Santa, have a chat and a hug and then call it a night.  We are set, right?  The moment of truth came on Sunday when we stepped up to have our picture made.  First, let me tell you that we had driven to the mall earlier that morning, waited an hour for a spot in line and then came back to the mall at 3pm to wait another 45 minutes.  Now, it’s hard to say what really triggers the crying when a child is faced with Santa.  He’s not scary?  While I know that this picture represents a rite of passage, I just cringe looking at my daughter squirm.  Sometimes, no matter what you do, the end result does not turn out like you expected.   The good news is that there is always next year.  If you find yourself feeling like this picture with some other call tracking provider, here is what you can do about it (and you don’t have to wait a year…).
